Geforce 8800gts 320MB which one to buy

well i found two EVGA cards. one costs 300$ other is 280$. 300$ card is overclocked by EVGA. i can buy that one. but will it overheat cause it overclocked. cause i won't overclock it and i don't won't to burn my card. cause nvidia doesn't allow overclocking.

That card is overclocked to gtx speeds, I don't think you will find a better card at that price point. Also like mpilchfamily pointed out, if for some reason it does overheat eVGA will cover it with their warranty.
