When trying to install Win 2000 Pro, I get to the prompt
of setting up the partitions. If I choose FAT32 it
continues to set up the files, restart and then set them
up again.....on and on. I cannot get the OS to completely
install. Any ideas???

Go into the recovery console from the 2000 CDROM (select (r)epair and then
(c)onsole) and run a "fixmbr"(without the quotes). You might as well run a
chkdsk /r while your in there, and then see if you can install 2000. KB
article 318752 would be good to have handy while you do this.
