Following the DualCoreDuo OC guide sticky on this forum, I just did my default multiplier of 9 x 333 FSB for 3 GHz. When click on MIT - I can't see advanced memory adjustments with Ctrl_F1...? So only thing I did was Memory Multiplier of 2 - with my 800 memory now its 667 - is that OK?

Part2. Memory Adjustments
**Expand options for Gigabyte BIOS under ‘M.I.T.’ by pressing CTRL+F1**
Gigabyte: Set ‘Memory Multiplier’ to 2 (1FSB:1RAM operation)

Than on voltage I left defaults - should I do what the guide says if everythign looks good with stock voltage? I ran Prime on both cores but need to run some more, so far no errors...?
Guide says to put voltage to this value but my S3 only lets me ADD voltage - so I start with 1.35 + . 10 for 1.40???

Part3. Voltage (again not all BIOS will have the option or uses different name)
***The following voltages are to be used with Part4***

1. Set DRAM/DIMM Voltage (vDIMM) to 2.1V or 2.2V if specified by RAM (+0.3V or +0.4V)
2. Set MCH Voltage (vMCH) to 1.55V
3. Set FSB Voltage (vFSB) to 1.40V
4. Increase SB Voltage (vICH) by +0.1V from default-lowest value
5. Set CPU Voltage (vCore) for the following CPU

Thanks!

Part 1- it is ok because 2x333=667
part2- i think u are talking about mem. voltage...u should not touch the memory voltage coz u are not overclockin the ram. and if you are talking about the Vcore than u should up it if it is unstable (does not boots/ not enters da windows)
part3- i don't know about e4xxx series voltages

I have my e4300 running at 3150Mh (3.15 Ghz), 350 fsb all i changed in my mobo settings were setting the ram:fsb to sync mode, upped the ram voltage to its specified (are you sure yours is at its) and the vcore to 1.45000v. You shouldnt need to push the vcore past that. Im using a ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink and my temps have been awesome. Havent seen them get above 40C using Asus Probe.
