sorry folks but i'm so annoyed that my mobo is falling apart
it started 2 days ago when i noticed a high pitched sound coming from my comp
i have an asus a8 n e mobo and that tiny cooler who cools the nvidia chipset was the culprit...and i noticed also a temp increase
so i ask ...what will be the best alternative tfor that little bugger
i can't stand the noise ...it drives me mad. :x

You should be able to get a replacement from Asus, or from any of the specialized "cooling" vendors, just search for "chipset fan" or similar.

If you have decent airflow in your case, this is the best thing in my opinion. No more failing fan and no more noise! They also make this one too...
