Struggling to build a micro duo system

I didn't think there were any GOOD micro boards at all. Like an ATX just missing a couple PCI's. I'd like to see a micro with an NV 680i SLI or a 975X. Who wants to buy an ultra-portable PC for gaming with onboard video? Surely someone beside me would buy one. Anyway, what about these:

Not supposed to be an extreme oc'er but has some room, as long as the bios is updated, my old Gigabyte needed updated to unlock most oc settings as well. Does not support quad core.

Supports quad core and has basic oc abilities.

Are there any good micro boards out for the the duo?

Something stable with decent overclockability and overall good quality? In other words, an intel equivalent to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127013

Appreciate any leads and recomendations you can give me!

I've got the Gigabyte 965gm S2...or something like that. It's got OC settings, but no voltage settings. I've managed just over 300 mhz with it...like 312? There is supposed to be a DS2 made available soon, if it's not out already. There's 6 SATA ports, 2 are RAID. The onboard graphics are too bad either. 4 Memory slots, PCI-E x16, GB ethernet.

I don't regret buying it. I've got it as an HTPC, with a Celeron D 360 overclocked to 4.63 ghz right now. I''m waiting for prices to come down in April to get another C2D for it.
