Hi,
I recently installed 2000pro on a new harddrive. I have to reboot after
using 3 or 4 programs because I'm given a error of "out of memory". As soon
as I reboot everything is fine. In task manager services.exe is using 99%
of cpu. There is also a second services.exe that uses 0%. Any ideas from
anyone?!?

Are you using any Antivirus software, and is it updated?

I do have similar issues with DELL latitude C610 Laptop. From time to time I see services.exe uses 99% of the CPU. I have installed symantec antivirus cooperate edition 10.1.5.5000 in laptop. Appreciate if I can sort this problem.
