Eric,

You can call HP and they will send you a new set of side covers, these
however, will give you the same problems after a few weeks...
What we did, is order aluminium side covers from www.expansys.com, just
search for 'iPAQ h2210 Replacement Side Cover', these come in Black, Blue,
Red, Silver and Chrome.
It's a sad thing that HP doesn't offer a better solution, but that's just
the way it is...
