I see the other post on Dish question, but mine is a variant. debated whether to hi jack the other thread.

I have Dish and want to simply view TV, and occasionally capture from my DVR. I do not need a tuner. I previously I used an ATI 9600 AIW AGP card. That card spit the bit, and I am doing a full C2D upgrade to a PCI based system.

I would like to get a card for view and capture only, I don't need a full tuner since the signal comes in from the Dish receiver. I can change channels via the Dish remote. Is there such a card, or am I left with buying a PCI compatible tuner card? Also, this would be for Vista .
