is there a program that checks your motherboard to see if its running at peak performance, i thinks something is wrong with my system, its sluggish and ive checked everything

2 gb patriot ddr 3200
80 gb hd 80% free
x-fi sound
asus a8n5x

nothing overclocked

this computer should play bf2142 with everything set to high, but it just cant seem to handle the game as good as it should , i barely break 30fps on medium settings
