I have windows xp pro,norton systemworks 2003. I ran one button check up
under Norton utilities and I get the following 2 different messages.
C:\Windows\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE cannot access a neccessary file "gapi32.dll"

C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32\
Dot Netinstaller.exe cannot access a neccessary file "mscoree.dll"

Please help solve the 2 problems below

The missing "mscore.dll" file is not missing. Nor is there a problem
with Windows XP or Norton's Win Doctor. All you have to do is go
to Windows Update and download the update called ".NET Framework".
Once you have restarted your computer, check for Windows problems
using the Norton Win Doctor and it should be fixed.

Access a Necessary File, "Gapi32.dll"

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
