Ordering/Buying a 19" monitor in Canada

Hi, im interested in buying a 19" monitor, a quality monitor such as ViewSonic p95 or P95f+B. But I just don't know how/where to buy it in Canada. I never ordered enything of a website so I dunno if it's a good way.

1)So my quastion is where to buy a quality 19" monitor in
Canada?
2)Also eny suggestions on a great 19" monitor that is great for text and graphics? preferably with a stylish black casing.

just to add to my earlier post they do carry the Nec fe950+ monitor and a couple others not sure the brand.

Is this monitor realy that good, because its specs are not all that great as compared with other monitors such as the ViewSonic P95f+b
