would the ga-m61p S3 mobo be a good partner with an amd x2 3800(65w)windsor? and with 2gb g skill ram?

what do you mean by good partner? are you referring it as a good combination for over clocking or good for performance?

I wouldn't see why not as long as you CPU is Socket AM2 then I see no reason you shouldn't use it.
