Hello,my monitor has turned side ways

do you mean the picture on your monitor has rotated 90 degrees?--in your graphics card settings there should be an option to rotate it back--where abouts depends on which graphics you have
for nvidia it should be in the nvidia control panel in the display section as rotate display dont know about ati or other graphics
to get there right click desktop and select nvidia control panel

right click anywhere on the desktop>graphics options>rotation>normal and you're done.
