I just bought a x1650 Pro and want to overclock it. I tried the "Automated Clock Configuration Utility" in Catalyst Control Center which set it as optimal for my system.
The Problem I am having is when the card is overclocked at any Mhz over stock on either "Graphics Processor" or "Graphics Memory" and I start a game up the screen flashes like crazy. My friend just got the same card and his does the exact same thing as mine.
CCC sucks. Try ATI Tool, or ATI Tray Tools instead.
Good point... and make sure when using atitool or ati tray that CCC is not running in backgroud (close it or make sure it does not startup when the windows boot).
