I have an ASUS P5W DH with a Intel E6600, Zalman 9700 led Heatsink Cooler, 4 GB. Crucial Laser 1000 Mhz. Two WD 74GB Raptors in Raid 0. I have removed the Asus stock chipset coolers and replaced them with CoolerMaster Blue Ice chipset coolers. I have been using the AI utility at 30% overclock and CoreTemp tells me 52 degrees C running two folding at home consols. I have seen different guides about how to manually change settings in the bios, however I don't understand where all of these setting are or what they should be set at. I don't really want to see any smoke come out of my case right now. I should add that the memory is rated at 5-5-5-15 @2.1 volts which I have not seen in BIOS. First time at overclocking. any help would be much appreciated.
