I know that a couple of people here have this case and I've been wanting to get it for a while now but I can't seem to figure out where the second PSU goes!
1)
Do I have to get the 5.25" Drive bay PSU??
Or can another ATX PSU fit in there somehow??
2)
Where do you connect the fans? To the mobo I guess but then the amount of fans depends on how many the mobo can take?!
3)
Is it possible to regulate the fan speed?
As you can see I've never built a PC yet but I'm getting there..

I believe there's another bay in the back that holds a micro ATX PSU.

Some fans connect to the mobo(most boards have 3 headers for fans but it depends) but the fans in that case connect directly to a PSU lead, you can essentially hook up as many as you like that way.
The fans that connect to the mobo can usually be regulated through the BIOS or through a program such as SpeedFan, the ones that connect to a PSU lead(as do the fans in your case) cannot be directly controlled unless you buy a fan controller. Hope that helps
I strongly suggest against you getting that case. My friend has one and that has to be some of the most delicate metal I have ever seen. I have a Stacker 830, and although it is not made from the finest aluminum possible, it is miles ahead of the so called aluminum used to construct the Mozart. For the amount that the Mozart cost, there is so many more options avaliable that will be alot better for your first build.
