Start up problem

Hello, on start-up, I get the sub message MEM BAD HANDLE I have tried both Hitting OK and Cancel, with no luck how can I get rid of this prompt?

I would be resetting my BIOS to defaults and then running MEMTEST.

Other thing to consider is starting in 'Safe Mode'. If you don't get the error message, then it a driver issue which you can pin down by selectively adding drivers back into your boot process from MSConfig.
