Hi,

due to several reasons we've recently purchased Windows Server 2003
licenses. I want to use those licenses to install Windows 2000 Server.
This is perfectly legal, according to Microsoft. Every Windows Server
2003 License comes with certain Downgrade Rights.

Is it correct that, in order to install Windows 2000 Server, I can use
the install disks and product key from another W2K Server, purely for
the sake of installation, as long as I actually have a valid license?
(in this case, the Windows Server 2003 license)

TIA
Wannes
