SCSI Driver Installation in windows 2000 unattended

Dear All,
I am facing an error while trying to install windows 2000 in
unattended mode. I am using Intel SE7501BR2 Server board with Adaptec
AIC 7901SCSI.
I have created the $OEM$\textmode directory on the root of the
cd
and copied all necessary Adaptec AIC 7901SCSI driver files to the
$OEM$\textmode directory. I also edited the the txtsetup.oem and the
winnt.sif(Stored in floppy disk) files.

While installing windows 2000 I am getting the following error

File txtsetup.oem caused an unexpected error(18) at
line 1041 in d:\nt\private\ntos\boot\setup\oemdisk.c
press any key to continue.

Please help us to solve this issue.
