Mexico was invaded by the Spaniards a long time ago and made a majority of it spanish based, and so the food and culture came from them into Mexico, while a lot of had changed, you can also say tacos can be indirectly thought of as Spanish based. And sour cream is good, very good, but guacomole is better on chips, but this is starting to get way off track, more than it usually does, so I suggest we stop before the mods yell at us
Or I get so hungry that I have to take a taco break. Was born in North Dakota, but raised in California and I had some neighbors from Mexico that made very good tacos, and burritos, and enchiladas. Forget it, I'm getting too hungry.
