how do you delete already eleted file. i don't want to be able to recover the files

I don't think you can delete an already deleted file. If you're lucky a defrag might move a file over top of a deleted file.

If you want to do the whole drive, then you can nuke it.

'eraser' lets you clean up the free space on your drive as well as erasing specific files.
