my pc is not loading the actual windows prog. it is
starting with it but is then going to a blank screen once
i am logged in. how do i get it back without losing
anything cos it is a work pc?
please help i am going to get into trouble.

What happens when you get to the blank screen, then do ctrl - alt - del to
bring up task manager and start a new process of explorer.exe?
