win2k can not startup, showing Stop error. Please help

After an unsuccessful installation of a software from
Xilinx, my PC with Windows 2000 pro can not startup.
After the Win2k loading page with progress bar, the
following stop error appeared:

*** Stop: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xEB5017AB, 0x00000000,
0x00000008) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Unfortunatelly, the stop error message didn't show a
specific driver file. So I have no idea which
driver/service causesd the Access Violation at
0xEB5017AB. I tried Safe Mode, but it gave the same stop
error. Tried Recovery Console, but don't know what to
disable.

Could somebody help me out? Thanks a lot.
