Im thinking about a:

P5N-E SLI
DS3
P5B-E

everyone seems to be recommending the DS3 as it has had been refined a bit. but the P5N-E is touted to be able to do 500FSB reliably. And I hear the P5B-E OC's better than the DS3 for a mere $20 extra. The P5N-E is fairly new correct? So wont it also get some refinment in the next few months?

So I gues the question is what are the general FSB walls of these boards considering adequate cooling on NB & SB?

All three are great motherboards. The p5n-e just needs some more refinement i have it myself and only specific types of ram will work for it and when you oc it make sure to use sync mode and not 1:1. Also it comes with no south bridge cooler and a not so great northbridge cooler so if your willing to upgrade those, its probably the best value.
