snmp issues ...

I seem to be having some issues with snmp here.

The box(es) are win2ksp4's. They didn't have snmp
installed, so I installed it from the sp1 cd (ok ... the
machines are far away so I ended up having to tarball the
files it asked for and ran the installer pointing at the
dir where I untarred it)

Anyways ... it works ... but if I try to snmpwalk it ...
after a time I get the classic informative windows error
code genError and only sometimes ... and only at one
specific mib:

1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.15.1.11.0

so am I missing a mib file or what?
