Need help choosing a new motherboard

I somehow fried my last motherboard and I have no idea what to look for in a new and if its gonna be compatible with the power supply that I already have. I have a friend looking on the internet for me but he is busy with his stuff, so to hurry this along I'm asking for help from anyone that knows this kind of stuff. Thank you

We would need to know what you are trying to replace. MB model, or atleast which CPU and memory you are running to start.

I need a new board with processor and cpu. I really dont know much about this kind a of stuff which is why I'm on here.
