Shipping issue

ok so i dont know if this is in the right section so if a mod or admin just move post to the right section that would be great.

Ok so i order a Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 and i ordered it off tigerdirect and it said it was in stock when i ordered. The day after i ordered it i check the shipping status of my GPU on the Tigerdirect website. The site said that my GPU was on a partial backorder, i thought that it would only take a couple days but its been nearly a month now and the site still says its on a partial backorder. Im wondering if i should just cancel my order and buy a different video card(i really dont want to). I'm also wondering if any of you guys have any idea of how much longer this will take as im starting to get really annoyed.

I think the 5870 has been discontinued in favor of the 6870
