What is best BIOS version for DS3??

My motherboard came shipped with the F7 BIOS, but I know that there have been many releases since then. I am wondering what the overall best BIOS is for overclocking (especially on Vista). Does anyone have any idea which version has been the most stable thus far? Thanks!

I only used f7 and f10 and IMO F7 is better. I could get a higher fsb on f7 with lower voltage than f10.

F9 came on my DS3 a week and a half ago, and I'm still using it. 430Mhz FSB, 3.0 GHZ stable on my E6300

Using F7 and have no intention of updating it. Everything is running perfect
at 3.2GHz/1.325v
