win 2000 boot stop error

I have a pc with one 80 gb hard drive with 2 windows xp
on it.I`ve modified the boot.ini from C: to work.Recently
someone i know gave me win 2000 installed on its computer
and he made a .gho(ghost arhive) and gave it to me.Now
i`ve extracted the files with ghost,on a clear partition,
and modified the boot.ini and when i choose from the OS
list win 2000 it starts the win 2000 screen, but givesthe
STOP ERROR-Inacesibble -BOOT-Device.HEEEEELLPPP

Windows 2000 does not like to run on hardware other
than the hardware it was installed on. See here:
