If you are getting PC speakers, most of them accept stereo mini 3.5mm input. And PS2, like most home theater equipment, outputs using RCA. So you need RCA to stereo mini cables or adapters. RadioShack is one place to look.

If you read the thread at all, you'll realize you need 1/8" to RCA, not 1/8" to phono. I suggest you get said adapter.

RCA is not phono. Phono is 1/4" and ridged just like 1/8" stereo mini, while RCA is closer to 1/8". If RCA is phono, then I'm Kobe Bryant.

all I know is that I need whatever a "mp3 player" type adapter because on the side of my new klipsch 2.1's it has that and a music symbol and cant plug my ps2 yellow cable " old rca type" into it. 8(

edit: looks like guys explains it here... hmmm I have to get 2 things looks like or hmmm
