No keyboard and mouse response

Hello All

I have used sysprep and Norton Ghost to install a new
computer. My problem is, the keyboard and mouse will not
response. The computer does not freeze, I can see it looks
for new hardware. When it comes to press Next in the
wizard Net Hardware found, I can not press the Next
button, because the keyboard and mouse does not work. The
problem starts when the Windows 2000 screen loads. I have
no problem before. I have tried to boot in safe mode, but
it does not help.

Do anybody know a solution on this problem?
