If i put a 74g raptor right below my 320GB seagate am i asking for trouble with heat? They will have a 120mm fan right in front of them. case Antec 900.

As long as the fan is blowing air across them it should not be an issue at all.
 
Personally I would put the raptor on top just in case that fan died it won't cook the seagate  :wink:

Naw.  I got 4 drives right beside each other, with a 120mm behind them ;)

Unless the ambient temp of your room is like 120c you'll be fine.
