I just recently built an amd x2 5200+, Ati x1950 pro from sapphire, 1 gb (2*512) g.skill pc 6400, 450 w psu, etc. So i play oblivion and i cannot seem to get the fps above 40 anywhere and it never dips below 20 but i cannot seem to get it higher at all no matter what. Have i hit a wall or what becuase i shoulw be doing better than than especially since i am at 2.84 oc'd and would a 4800 roughly 3dmark o6 score be right, i think it is my psu
