Using a ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP is it possible to have a 1x 34GB WD Raptor (OS) (games) (apps) in non-RAID, while having 2x 320GB SG Barracuda 7200.10 in RAID 0 as (pagefile) (video capture) (video encodes) and (other large files)

yes. you just configure the 2*320GB hdds as a sata raid 0 array, and leave the raptor as a seperate non raided sata hdd, installing windows onto the raptor. youll then be good to go.

Southbridge
- 6 x SATA 3.0 Gb/s ports
- Intel Matrix Storage Technology supports RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10.
JMicron JMB363 PATA and SATA controller
- 1 x UltraDMA 133/100/66 for up to 2 PATA devices
- 1 x Internal SATA 3.0 Gb/s port
- 1 x External SATA 3.0 Gb/s port (SATA On-the-Go)
- Support SATA RAID 0, 1 and JBOD

doesnt seem any reason you shouldnt be able to, since it offers support for jbod, raid 0, 1, 5, and 10... and nearly always, that ive seen, are you able to mix and match hdd configurations, raided and non raided alike... it would be unlikely that what youre wanting isnt supported... if you want to, you can refer to the article i linked to above... or google for ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP
