Is there any way that I can disable this message in
Windows 2000.

I am manually stopping a USB stick using DeviceIoControl
from within a program, ready for the user to remove it. It
is definitely "stopped" as the only way it can be accessed
is by removing and re-inserting it. However Windows still
complains when it is removed.

The reason I am having to do this is that the application
will be running on a PC which has the Task Bar disabled
(to stop users "messing" - not my idea I hasten to add!).

Any help would be appreciated.

Pete
