60nm ram, will four gigs become cheaper?

I have been reading about Samsung's new 60nm ram chips. I know this means higher densities, but will we see (2x2gig) sticks for a total of four gigs that aren't $400+ dollars. Also will this drop current (2x2gigs) prices somewhere closer to $300 or maybe even $200?

it would make sense that the prices might drop, especially with increased vista and applications requirements... the companies arent having to spend as much to manufacture, so they 'shouldnt' charge businesses as much to buy
