This computer runing XP Home with Amd Sempron cpu,A, I get "network path not found", when I try to access pc with AMD 1200 cpu,C.
I get asked for a password on the second pc running Vista rc1 with AMD 1700 cpu,B. I use my login password and gain access.

From the Vista pc , B, I can access both A and C.

From the XP pc, C I get ask for a password to gain access to B. and I use computer name and logon password. This works.

I get network path not found when trying to gain access to A.

Basically I can't access C from A
I can't access A from C.

Both have the same kind of error message...that I might not have permission blah, blah,...network path not found... at the end of the error message.

Is there a firewall blocking access to those computers?
Also make sure that permissions are there to access the drives.
Right click on the shared drive and make sure there are permissions for everyone or who you designate.
