i need 2 Windows 2000 files... my laptop will not boot
up.. System32\ntoskrnl.exe and boot.ini. Can anybody
copy them and e mail to wtshirk@comcast.net for me?

ntoskrnl.exe is on your Win2000 installation CD.
Boot.ini might look like this:

[Boot Loader]
Timeout=3
Default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[Operating Systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000
Professional" /fastdetect
