1950xt or pro

Ok no bonking on the computer dummy. Hugs
I am playing Vanguard. Little laggy on movements etc. wanna upgrade
My puter is a Gateway 550gr Pent 4 3.2, 1.5mb ram, Radeon 300 pci express card.
Will either the Radeon 1950xt or the pro work in my machine.
Somewhere i read the chipsets are different. Help!

Either should work fine, as long as you have a PCIe 16X slot and a sufficient power supply to run them.

you would need a new psu for those cards. either would be fine.

The X1950XT is a better card.

But you'll need a new power supply for any of them.
