DS3 Northbridge Cooling

I read an interesting story about someone just gluing a 50mm fan to the Northbridge and getting cooling benefits. Theoretically, it could be a cheap fix to these hot bridges

Anyway, recommended or not recommended?

lol, I would recommend just tying a fan onto it. I acutally have one tied on my DS3 and one tied on my cousins S3 and both are warm to the touch.

I'd say it would depend on what kind of case you're using. If it's one of those with a fan in front, in back and a 120mm side fan then I wouldn't bother.
