I have the DWL-G132 wireless USB card and it works great if the account is admin. If I try to use an power user or guest account the wireless connection will connect (showing excellent strength and network name), then immediately disconnect and will do this continuously. If I change the account to admin, then the connection stays live. What can I do?

I am using Windows XP with SP2 and all the updates.

Try giving temp admin rights to the user. Connect with wireless. This will create files need for the user/session. Then disconnect and change user back to power user and see if it works.

I ran into this on another program. Once it was allowed to create the needed files on the HD every thing was fine.

I already tried that, that is how I knew it worked as admin.
