I just built a system with a 160Gb hard drive. I loaded W2k, SP4 and added
the EnableBigLba hack to the registry. I went from a recognized 128Gb to
148.05Gb. I'm obviously missing something. Any ideas? Thanks, n

148 GB sounds like the correct size for a 160 GB disk...vendors tend
to report the sizes of the disks a bit over the edge...

I have a 200 GB disk showing up as 189 GB
