Hi,
I'm new with this HDTV stuff and I was trying yesterday to connect my PC
(SOny VAIO with ATI All In Wonder Video Card 7500) to a Sony 50' LCD
Projection TV. I used a Belkin DVI cable to connect the two and I was able
to display my PC on the tv but the icons on my PC desktop appeared to be out
of whack. The borders of my PC desktop cannot be displayed and so I can
barely see my start button. I have Windows XP by the way. I tried chaging
the resolution on my PC but that didn't work. It appears I need a higher
resolution on my video card. My question would be how much memory on my
video card would I need so that it would be compatible with my HDTV? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
jovy
