I have installed - reinstalled - uninstalled everthing possible to get my
printer worker. I have even tried to contact the on-line support which comes
up as ERROR no page available! I havefollowed all the instructions from cover
to cover now I am pulling my hair out.
It all happened to go wrong when I switch off the computer not realising the
printer was still printing.....help I am completly struck as to what to do
next!

Hi Pam,

Have you been using device manager to uninstall the printer driver
between reinstalls? Sometime you need to let Windoze find the printer
after a boot, others not. After every failed attempt, be certain to use
device manager to uninstall the failed attempt.
