A virus on a phone?? That almost never happen unless you do anything stupid while on the web and provided that someone has written a virus for that EXACT phone... better play lottery you have more chances at winning than being infected in your phone...

That being said, you should install "Spybot - Search & Destroy" for mobiles:

If you cannot install any of these, then you CANNOT have been infected.
