What is Dog.C Watchdog??

Hi group, I just received a pop-up message on my i-700, reading:
"Phone error Fatal, Dog.C 695 Watchdog time out monitor 280017c mask
21F43DFF"
I dont have any antivirus loaded, nor scarnAir utilities, it just appeared
out of the blue, when I clicked ok to close the window, the phone just
turned off by it self..... any ideas??
