Conexant DVB-T driver help!

Hey,

I bout a DVB card off ebay a few years back. It came with no drivers but I got a link for them when I bought it. Back then, I did the obvious and backed the drivers up for a later date but now when I need them, i've lost the bloody disc! I've been searching for ages for the right driver but come up with nothing. I know the chipset/decoder is probably used it various other cards but im unsure where to look. Below is the details of the tuner, chipset:

Thomson DTT 7579 tuner
Conexant CX22702-15 demodulator
Conexant CX23881-19 broadcast decoder

The drivers I am looking for are for xp, MCE. If anyone knows where to find them i'd really appreciate to be pointed in the right direction.
