Has anybody else been having trouble with the HD telecast of CBS? I've
been experiencing severe tiling and even interruptions of transmission
for two weeks now through Comcast in San Francisco and I wanted to
isolate the source of the problem, if possible.

The INHD networks and Discovery HD have been rock steady, so my
suspicion is that this something having to do with CBS.

Watching The Amazing Race tonight in HD.... had lots of stutters,
pauses. This is via Comcast in Chicago.

I have comcast and its been unwatchable the last week or so
.. I have comcast digital cable just for NBC (11 San Jose) as it
impossible to get a signal (analog or digital) over the air in the
upper bay area. So I can get CBS OTA.

AT least you have KPIX on Comcast. I live in Hayward I can only get KPIX-dt
OTA.
IN SPITE OF COMCAST ADVERTISING ON RADIO ALL THELOCALS IN HD!

I use Comcast San Jose. CSI: Miami couple days ago was dropping
signal big time. It was unwatchable.

I see all the prior posts are from 2004. Here, it's 2008 and I've lost CBS HD OTA 5-1. What's happened to it, I wonder? All the other (OTA) HDs still appear OK so it's likely not my TV.

Whoa!...it wasn't CBS after all but rather, my TV dropped the HD channel somehow. I re-scanned for it & all is OK.
