WIN 2003 FAX SERVICE

Hi. Im having sometoruble with this, and it seems that it should be simple,
nonetheless ... I have installed the fax service on Win 2K3 Standard, but it
gives me a permissions error everytime I try to access the fax or the fax
manager. Has anyone come across this? What is going on here? Thanks.
