We have a new windows 2003 server which we are preparing for production use.
We have purchased a windows 2003 external connector license for this server.

My question is: how do I install or configure the licensing for an external
connector license? I see that the license logging service is disabled. So
perhaps this is just a matter of keeping my paperwork in order?
